You are invited to apply for H1-B work visa via our firm. The H1-B visa allows foreign nationals to enter United States on work visa. Vertex intends to sponsor highly qualified technical professionals for several IT positions it has within United States.

Our H1-B Hiring Criteria?

Vertex is highly selective about H1-B candidates and has the following the qualifying criteria:

  2. Quality of past work experience
  3. Interpersonal and communication skills

What are H1-B Cost?

Vertex will pay for ALL legal and USCIS filing fees for the H1-B candidates.

What are H1-B salaries?

In short, Vertex pays above prevailing salaries offered in the marketplace.

Can H1-B dependent travel?

Spouses and children under the age of 21 of H-1B employees are considered dependents and are eligible for H-4 nonimmigrant status in the US.

What is the H1-B Hiring Process?

Step 1: Vertex will send invitation to select group of applicants and start interview process via zoom or where possible in person meetings. 

Step 2: Vertex will submit brief profile of selected candidates on the USCIS portal during the last two weeks of March. This is a time-sensitive brief window when USCIS will open registration process.

Step 3: USCIS will announce H1-B Lottery Results and send electronic selection notices during the first week of April. 

Step 4: Vertex will conduct detailed meetings in select cities with candidates.  Vertex will have 90 days (April 1st, until June 30th) to file comprehensive H1-B petition with the USCIS for candidates it intends to sponsor.

Step 5: Vertex will send H1-B approval notice and paperwork to candidates.  Candidates will be able to schedule visa interview appointment with the local US Consulate. 

Step 6: Following H1-B visa approval, candidates will start arriving in the US on or after October 1st (First day of H1-B approval period). The final start date will be discussed with each person individually.

What information is needed for H1-B Registration:

Below is the information that is required from each of the H1-B Applicant:

  1. Legal Name of the H1-B applicant – First, Middle and Family Name
  2. Gender of the applicant
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Country of Birth
  5. Country of Citizenship
  6. Passport Number

Will Vertex provide assistance towards permanent resident status:

Yes.  H1-B visa holders may apply to have their status adjusted to status of permanent resident. To apply for an adjustment of status to a green card, H1-B visa holders must apply for a PERM Labor Certificate, submit an I-140, and submit an I-485.  Vertex will provide all possible assistance required for this process.
