Stack Lead Developer who will architect, design, and lead the development of scalable enterprise-grade applications using modern .NET and cloud technologies.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
Leadership & Architecture
•Lead full-stack development teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using .NET 8, C#, and Angular/React.
•Architect solutions based on Microservices, Vertical Slice, Onion, and Clean Architecture principles.
•Drive migration from monolithic to microservices using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS/MediatR patterns.
•Design API-first architectures leveraging RESTful, gRPC, and GraphQL for cross-system integration.
Backend Development
•Build high-performance, scalable backend systems using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
•Implement Azure Functions, Service Bus, Kafka, and RabbitMQ for event-driven and message-based workflows.
•Optimize databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Oracle, MongoDB) and write efficient Stored Procedures, Triggers, and PL/SQL.
•Apply multithreading, asynchronous programming, and caching for optimal performance.
Frontend Development
•Develop responsive web and mobile UIs using Angular 16+, React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and Material Design.
•Integrate SignalR for real-time updates and ensure a smooth user experience.
•Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate design into highly interactive front-end applications.
Cloud, DevOps & AI Integration
•Deploy and manage applications using Azure DevOps CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).
•Implement secure cloud solutions with Azure Key Vault, Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), and App Services.
•Leverage Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and RAG pattern to build intelligent, AI-assisted features.
•Monitor system performance via Application Insights, Kusto Query Language (KQL), and Splunk dashboards.
Integration & Automation
•Integrate external services via MuleSoft, MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and government APIs.
•Automate workflows using Azure Logic Apps, SSIS/SSRS, and Power BI dashboards.
•Secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, and Azure AD B2C for authentication and authorization.
Team Mentorship & Quality
•Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices (SOLID, DRY, Dependency Injection).
•Maintain code quality using SonarQube, xUnit, NUnit, and Cypress.

•Mentor junior developers and guide them through architectural and performance optimizations.
This position does not supervise the work of other personnel and does not perform any project management
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field of study plus five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in a lead or architect role.
Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, skill, experience, and knowledge with the following:
1. Design scalable microservice architectures and implement Azure-based solutions
2. Backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular/React) technologies
3. CI/CD pipelines, containerization, AI integration, and enterprise application development
4. Five (5) years of exp in software development No travel.
This position is a hybrid role with a mix of in-office and remote work. Must work in the office 3 times per week. Additional Information: ·
